WEB TRACK USER MANUAL

 Introduction

Web Track is a custom e-business portal which allows you 24x7 access to your account through any internet browser.

By using this portal you are able to view:

• Account statements

• Invoices/ Credit notes

• Account information

• Open quotes

• Open orders

• Products purchased

Viewing account Information in Web Track

Connect to the internet and type in the following address into the address bar:

www.cricklewoodtimber.com

You will be directed to this page:

At this stage please select Customer Login. This will open a new page in your browser where you will be asked to enter your User Name and Password.

Your username and password will be sent with your statement. This password can be changed once logged in; click Settings to do so.)

Type your user name and password (passwords are case sensitive) and click Sign

In.

You will be able to view your account information from this screen.

By selecting Invoices you are able to search/ sort and print invoices.
